About Donnie Seals Jr.

 

Donnie is a director, producer, editor and writer with Digife. He's spent over ten years as an editor and commercial producer with KVVU-TV in Las Vegas.

While in Las Vegas, he developed and produced the digital documentary series "The Season" which followed the controversial high school basketball powerhouse Findlay Prep. The series showcased the early careers of NBA basketball players Tristan Thompson, Cory Joseph and Avery Bradley.

Donnie’s film resume includes On Tour With The Foreign Exchange, Making Skybreak, and The Takeover, which was an official selection in the American Black Film Festival. A photojournalism graduate of Columbia College Chicago, Seals has worked as a staff photographer at the Associated Press, Pioneer Press and Chicago Tribune. His passion for live music and quirky television shows can only be surpassed by the Chicago Bulls.
